This group includes two retired clergy and two lay members of Grace, who visit parishioners in the hospital and offer spiritual care visits to people affiliated with Grace in Retirement and Nursing Homes or who are in private homes but unable to attend services. Grace also arranges visits with families preparing for a memorial service or funeral.
